Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Singleton and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunisia.
